Michael is also founding principal of White Men as Full Diversity Partners®, a consulting firm that has pioneered work on engaging white men as full diversity partners inside organizations (www.FullDiversityPartners.com) Michael's background includes a year of facilitating interracial teambuilding for South African corporations. Michael is the recipient of the Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of the Year Award and is a professional member of NTL Institute for Applied Behavior Science.

Dr. Daphne DePorres, Ed.D., has more than a decade of managerial experience with a Fortune 500 company as well as extensive consulting with more than 25 organizations. A 1991 Bush Leadership Fellow, Daphne has a master's degree in Organization Development from the #1 rated Organization Development program at Pepperdine University. She has received her doctorate from the first doctoral program in Organization Change in the country, also at Pepperdine University.

In her many years of consulting, Daphne has assisted organizations to implement programs in diversity assessment, strategy and management. In addition to her comprehensive diversity knowledge, she has utilized her organization knowledge in strategic planning, staff development, team building, and total quality management.

She has successfully helped companies such as General Mills, The Pillsbury Company, Northern States Power, The St. Paul Companies, The Hazelden Foundation, Northwest Airlines, and Dayton Hudson Cooperation, to assess their culture and create action plans to become the leaders in their industries.

Louise Miner, MA, is an expert in planned change and organization development. For the past 9 years, she has specialized in helping companies align their vision and their organization for high-performance results. Her practical, useful approach includes results oriented action planning, high-performance team building and processes to engage the entire organization in a desired change.

Louise's background also includes 16 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry where she served as Vice President in several functional areas. Louise currently serves as adjunct faculty at the College of St. Catherine for its Master's in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program and is a regular lecturer at the University of St. Thomas in its Institute for Creative Studies.

Linda Houden, Ph.D. has been providing OD consultant services for dor & associates since 1985. Her greatest interest is in facilitating organizational change using appreciative approaches. She specializes in transforming conflict stories within social systems. Linda is formally trained in mediation and completed her doctorate at The Fielding Institute, where she studied the use of theatre in transforming conflict within organizations.
